Norm, this is a new way to think about this for me. The degrees of separation are a great concept that sorta took a left turn from what most of us have thought of when talking about this concept as it relates to connections with people.
I also tend to agree with you about the validity of broadening our goals and objectives, as in a business for Fasteners, rather than just snaps or zippers. It's not always what's being taught, though. Some of the "gurus" tell us to slice in close, and do the exact opposite, so that having a business just on zippers will be more productive than the next up level of fasteners, which might be too inclusive. Maybe we could think of these as degrees of separation as well, but create combinations of them to facilitate a progression to successful outcomes.
Anyway, thanks for the philosophical spin on an important topic!

Hey Norm!

Great to hear you've got a structure in place. I'm even more pleased that you didn't give your niche away this time ;)

I've started to get something together on the ebook side of things, maybe i'll email it to you in the coming days.

Speak soon, Nathaniel

Norm,

All good points... Your shipping story reminds me of how FedEx got started.

And I'm starting to feel like I'm behind the 8 ball on doing giveaways. I'm thinking I'm going to be last at the party if I don't get going.

Thanks for the reminder,
